This Week's Prayer!
We invite Your Holy Spirit to dwell in these rooms, which belongs to Henry, Anthony, Zoë, Asa, Rose, Grace, and Elijah, and in Heidi, Angel, and Angela's room. You are Lord over heaven and earth, and we proclaim that You are Lord over their rooms as well. Flood it with Your light and life. We pray that You, Lord, will make their rooms a holy place, sanctified for Your glory. And may You also dwell in our room and in each one of our extended family and friend's rooms.
Our sweet little man turned 8 on April 8! Out of all the days he could be sick the day of his birthday he was sick. We actually had to gently bring him to the table to sing Happy Birthday to him and give him his present. The sweet thing about him that day was as bad as he felt with the fever he had a sweet smile on his face when I would go to love and check on him. He has such a precious heart! Love you, Asa! Happy Birthday son.

Here is Henry and his Dad at Ascension Christian Ring Celebration. All the parents were told they had to get up and say a few words about their child. I was not at this event but I saw the video and Tommy did a fantastic job at saying how proud we are of Henry! Congratulations, Henry! We love you son.

After being infertile for 5 years (and I thank God for those years because that is where He stretched my faith and grew me in areas that I could have never grown without those long 5 years of being infertile and that is where adoption was birthed with us and within those 5 years we received 6 of our 8 children by adoption!!) but after being infertile for 5 years God led me to Luke 1:37 to show me a scripture that was directly related to birthing a child! God is awesome and faithful on so many levels! I love Him!! Adoption and Birth are both miracles by God!

The time just got away from me and I realize I did not post Rose's birthday pictures! Happy 7th Birthday, Sweet Rose!!!!! We love you soooo much!!!!! You are a joy to raise and watch grow!!
Asa was so easy to shop for this birthday! All he asked for was a Star Wars Lego DS game! It was fun watching him open this gift. He could not wait!! Rose's 7th birthday is coming this month so we always have one party for both Asa and Rose between their birthdays which will be this weekend!
