Mother's Day was so great as all my Mother's Days are!!!!! We enjoyed some delicious crawfish, homemade blackberry pie and hamburgers and hotdogs and awesome time with our family! Not shown is Mom Trixie and Pop! They came over later that day and we got to enjoy them as well!! Just a very good day!

Swimming lessons have begun and it so feels like summer! Our days have been swimming lessons, mcd's, parks, and Grandmother CC quick brunch visits!!

What else has been going on? water hose fun, gigantic slip and slide fun, dress up fun, basketball fun, Mother's Day fun, little swimming pool fun (which is really getting way too small for all of them!)

The Power of a Praying Parent!

My sister-in-law and I were talking yesterday about the importance of a Praying Mother. Tommy and I would not have the children we have today, I believe, if we had not prayed for them. Now, I believe, prayer is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children! Ohhhhh, where would I be without the prayers of my Mom. I will be posting prayers that I will be praying for my children that I have taken from The Prayer Closet Ministries. I will post a prayer every week and the scriptures I will be speaking over my children for that week. Feel free to join me! Just add your children's name in place of mine.
