This Week's Scripture

"Nor shall you bring an abomination into your house, lest you be doomed to destruction like it." Deuteronomy 7:26

This Week's Prayer!

We invite Your Holy Spirit to dwell in these rooms, which belongs to Henry, Anthony, Zoƫ, Asa, Rose, Grace, and Elijah, and in Heidi, Angel, and Angela's room. You are Lord over heaven and earth, and we proclaim that You are Lord over their rooms as well. Flood it with Your light and life. We pray that You, Lord, will make their rooms a holy place, sanctified for Your glory. And may You also dwell in our room and in each one of our extended family and friend's rooms.

My Latest Project!

This is my latest project..... a mural for the girls room (not finished with the details yet.)! It is a lot bigger than what I envisioned. I thought I was about finished until my toddlers asked, "Where are the people." I really hadn't planned to add people but now I feel like I need to! And what's a circus without people anyway!!

thanks for the compliments but of course behind that picture is a story of one wild Mommy who had to correct children THROUGHOUT that entire painting..... "Get off the bed please!", "No, you cannot even lean on the bed.", "no, you cannot touch it!", "Didn't I just say get off the bed!" "Is that paint on your fingers!" And the list could go on!!!!! ha ha

I stood on their bed painting this incase you're wondering why they kept getting on the bed.....and why I kept correcting them about this.

Isn't it amazing how you can work so hard on something and once you are done (and proud of your accomplishment) the little ones can pop your bubble! I just had to smile today as I looked at your beautiful work again and imagined the little voice asking for the people! What fun kids are!
